Free Delivery

Delivery is free of charge and takes 2 working days from order.

There is a minimum order value of £85.00 to qualify for free carriage.

Orders under £85.00 will incur a small carriage charge of £5.79 (plus VAT).

Will they fit?

95% of incup drinks  sold in the UK are in the 73mm cups size and will be dispatched by us as standard. This cup size which is also referred to as 7oz will fit the majority of machines: Klix, Eurocup, Flavorpac, Brupac, Darenth, Refresh 700/1400, Style, MiniCup Flex, Classic, 1066, Encore, to name but a few. Of course you don't need a machine to enjoy the convenience of incup drinks , simply add hot water for a great instant hot drink. If you use a Kenco Maxpax machine, then we supply incup drinks in the 76mm cups size. The difference between the 73mm and 76mm sizing refers to the cup diameter, both are 7oz Cups. However they will only fit a Kenco or Maxpax machine. Once again if you don't have a machine then simply add hot water for a delicious drink. Our 76mm range come in Paper Cups and are brand printed. We also supply 12oz Drinks To Go. These larger size drinks are suitable for caterers, takeaways, retail outlets, offices, workplaces, trade counters and if required also fit Nescafe & Go and Kenco2Go machines. Simply pull the foil tab at the bottom of the cup and add hot water. Attach a sip-through lid and your drink is good to go. All cups are branded. Image below of a small part of our range.

 

 

If unsure as to which size fits your machine then please contact us and we will be able to advise as to which size you require.

If you don't have an Incup Vending Machine then cup size is irrelevant. Just add hot water using a kettle or hot tap available on some Water Machines.

Discount Codes

Discounts are available to clients who wish to order 10 or more cases of our drinks. The following Codes apply only to drinks, the total items in the cart must be 10 or more cases of drinks. Ancillary products such as Sugar or Stirrers do not attract a discount or count towards the total number of items. Additionally Nescafe Gold Blend In-Cup Drinks which are already discounted aren't included. Please enter a code once you 'Proceed to Checkout' and the discount will be applied.

Online Shop

Simple to use safe and secure. Our primary payment processing is via Shopify/Stripe, all major credit and debit cards accepted. However, you can also choose the "express checkout" option if you wish to use PayPal, GPay or ShopPay.

Quality Assured

Rest assured that our quality is extremely high. Drinks are packed under license issued by the various brands and as such are strictly regulated. In addition to this they are packed in conditions approved by the BRC to Grade A Food Standard (Supermarket Quality).

Refund, Return & Privacy Policy

No quibble. If you experience any problems with your drink purchase, then please contact us within 14 Days of receipt and your product will be replaced or refunded if faulty.

We welcome account customers. Not everyone wishes to use an online shop. If you require an account facility, 30 day invoice, then please in the first instance either click: open an account or contact us  Its simple, we just require a few details.

Discounts are available for orders that exceed 10 cases. Please contact us for prices.

We can supply spare parts for the following machines:

Should you require spares then please call us, most are available for next day delivery.

We are able to arrange service calls to almost any type or make of vending machine to most areas of the UK. 

We can often diagnose any problems without the need of a call out or spare part over the telephone. This applies to the following machines:
