Customer Growth Continues...

I must begin with a huge thank you to all our customers, it's because of you that Pioneer Vending continues to grow. We're constantly welcoming new customers and importantly retaining clients, some of which have been with us for over thirty years, there is a reason for that. Schools, sports stadiums, engineers, local councils, travel companies, garages, the NHS and British Army all have one thing in common, they receive the unrivalled service and attention to detail we offer whilst simultaneously saving money for their organisations. We look after our customers the way we, as a business, would hope and expect to be; Honestly. This is why we standout from our imitators. We want to serve you for many years to come. Pointing customers towards the best deal or product to save them money is one example, even though it may not be in our financial interest. Offering solutions to vending machine problems or sales that are economically best for the customer, not necessarily for us. For example: I often receive calls from customers who might be reluctantly considering a new machine to replace their existing system. I will spend time solving whatever issue they have with their old machine firstly. Many times a solution is found that's totally free to the customer, sometimes there's a small charge for a repair, only after that would I discuss replacing it. Even then I will talk them down to the machine that best suits their needs, not the most expensive all singing, all dancing affair. Because of this in the office I jokingly get called "The Sales Prevention Officer"! Seriously and of course, our view is that we have built trust with our client and that hopefully equates to their continual support and custom.
