Why pay for a vending company to manage your machine? With an incup vending machine you can do it yourself. There is  virtually no cleaning required. Incup drinks are pre-packed in the cup (exact cost control) and foil wrapped in sleeves. Simply remove foil wrapper and slot the sleeve of drinks into the corresponding selection. No loose ingredients to spill, no canisters or bowls to clean.

 

Snack and Can Vending Machines are also available. These can be stand alone, with their own coin mechanism. Alternatively they are able to work as a slave unit to a drinks machine utilising the existing coin mechanism . They can sit underneath or along side for larger systems.

The Icebreak. Can vendor for a solution to cold drink vending. 5 selctions. 135 can capacity. Easy to use, the customer simply pushes the can of their chice and it is delivered at waist height. Dimensions: W780mm x H960mm x D685mm.

Options for Snack and Can Machines

 

If you require the Snack/Can Vendor to stand alone and not work as a partner to a drink machine then a coin mechanism will be required. There are two options:

 

Electronic Coin Mech: Accepts all coins. Price £170.00*.  5 Year Lease Rental -  £0.95* per Week (If added to original cost of machine). Free delivery to site.

Change-Giving Coin Mech: Accepts all coins and gives change. Price - £495.00*. 5 Year Lease Rental - £2.65* per week (If added to original cost of machine). Free delivery to site.

 

 

Installation & Servicing. (All Machines).

 

All service and installation is carried out by our factory trained engineers nationwide.

 

In-cup vending machines require a 13amp socket and 3/4" stop tap (cold water) within a few feet of the machine. A hose for connection is supplied with the equipment. Installation: £125.00. This includes setting up and demonstration of the equipment. This charge is not applicable to the Mini Cup Flex Free Vend as it is self install. Snack machines require a 13amp socket.

 

Service can be carried out in one of two ways:

 

1) Service Contract - £250.00* per annum for Drinks machines and £350.00* for Snack machines. This price includes initial installation, demonstration of the equipment and comprehensive maintenance to include call out, labour and parts nationwide.

 

2) Service call, as and when required - 12 Months Warranty on Parts. Call out charge: £75.00* and £8.50* per 1/4 Hour on site nationwide. You will find that many companies charge per hour on site, this of course increases the charge significantly if the engineer is only there for 25 minutes. Additionally, as our engineers are fully trained and have many years of experience, therefore time spent repairing a machine is kept to the absolute minimum. After 12 months a charge for parts will be made if required.

All prices quoted on this page are subject to Vat. Lease prices are weekly equivalents, based on a 5 year lease rental payable quarterly by direct debit. (3 Year Lease Rental prices available upon request).
