  • Q: How do I know if the  incup drinks  from Pioneer Vending will fit my machine?

 

  • A: The Standard size is 73mm incup, these will fit almost all machines - Klix, Eurocup, Flavorpac, Capresso, Darenth MJS, Refresh 700/1400, Style 5, 1066, Encore & Cafebar to name a few. If in doubt it will be printed on the box or foil sleeve from your current supplier. Alternatively please call us with the make of your machine and we will be able to advise you.

 

 

  • Q: What size  incup drinks do I need for my Maxpax/Kenco incup machine?

 

  • A: Maxpax/Kenco machines use 76mm size cups. Pioneer Vending supply these. Please state 76mm when ordering.

 

 

  • Q: Do I need a PayPal account to use the Online Shop?

 

  • A: You do not need a Paypal account. You will be prompted to use either a PayPal account or any debit or credit card.

 

 

  • Q: Can I have an account with Pioneer Vending?

 

 

 

  • Q: Can I order and pay over the telephone?

 

  • A: Yes. We can process orders and payments over the telephone. Please call us and ensure you have all details to hand. Please contact us.

 

 

  • Q: Which type will fit my Nescafe & Go machine?

 

 

 

  • Q: Because prices are so low I'm concerned about quality?

 

  • A: Rest assured that quality is extremely high. Drinks are packed under license which are issued by the various brands and as such are strictly regulated. In addition to this they are packed in conditions approved by the BRC to Grade A Food Standard (Supermarket Quality).

 

 

  • Q: Can I get Free Shipping?

 

  • A: Yes. Delivery is free on all orders over £70.00 in value.

 

 

  • Q: Can I order less than the Free Shipping minimum?

 

  • A: Yes. All orders are welcome, any under £70.00 in value will be subject to a small carriage charge. Currently £5.79 plus Vat.

 

 

  • Q: What is the shelf life of Pioneer Vending's Products?

 

  • A: Most items have a 12 month shelf life.

 

 

  • Q: Does Pioneer Vending have a Privacy Policy?

 

 

 

  • Q: What is the Refund Policy of Pioneer Vending?

 

  • A: No quibble. If you experience any problems with your drink purchase, then please contact us within 7 Days of receipt and your product will be replaced or refunded.
